- Consider a warm bath beforehand to enhance relaxation.
- Find a quiet space, indoors or outdoors, where you won’t be disturbed.
- Use cushions, blankets, crystals, essential oils, or incense to create a calming atmosphere.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing and turn off all distractions (phones, computers).
- Take several deep, slow breaths to center yourself. Gently release any mental chatter and simply be present.
During Your Session
